Abstract
This research article aims 1) to study the satisfaction of the elderly towards the provision of the allowance payment service of Dong Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province 2) to compare the satisfaction of the provision of the allowance payment service of the elderly with gender, age and occupation and 3) to collect suggestions for the provision of pension payment service Dong Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, Mueang District, Roi Et, Roi Et Province. The sample group is 325 elderly The research instrument for collecting the data was the questionnaire, with its reliability at 0.96. The data collected were analyzed by the computer program, and the statistical devices composed of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.The hypothesis was tested with t-test, F-test and content analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1) The satisfaction of the elderly towards the provision of the allowance payment service of Dong Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province as a whole is at a high level, namely the service staff, procedures / speed and facilitation, respectively. 2) The hypothesis test results found that the elderly with gender, age and career are satisfied with the provision of pension payment service. Dong Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation, Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province as a whole and each side is not different, which does not follow the hypothesis of the research set. 3) The recommendations obtained from this research. The top three high frequency sequence is that the premium should be given the right to the pensioner has chosen to receive pension channels in other channels, such as paying the living allowance directly or paying through the bank to the pensioner. The registration of the elderly should be registered for everyone. Even in the event that the age of 60 years old and the registration process is more convenient than it is.
