Abstract
This research article has the following objectives: 1) To study citizens' satisfaction with public services. Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province, 2) to compare the level of satisfaction with public services. Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province and 3) to collect suggestions on how to develop public services. Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province The sample group includes citizens who come to request public services. Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province, 380 people. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. with a confidence value The whole version was equal to 0.81. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and test statistics including (t-test) One-way ANOVA or F-test
The research results found that
1) Citizens' satisfaction with public services Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province as a whole is at a high level. When considering each aspect It is at a high level on all four sides. Arranged from the most to least average side: prevention/mitigation of public disasters. Work on requesting living allowances for the elderly Disabled people and AIDS patients Work on requesting permission for buildings/buildings and work on school services/child development centers, respectively, 2) The results of the hypothesis testing found that people with different genders, ages, education levels, and occupations had people's satisfaction with public services. Hin Kong Subdistrict Municipality Suvarnabhumi District Roi Et Province, overall and in each aspect, is no different.
3) Suggestions regarding citizens' satisfaction with public services.
