Abstract
The purposes of this research article to 1) study the current condition. Desired condition and essential needs of an effective child development center management model Under the local government organization of Maha Sarakham Province 2) study the effective management model of the child development center. Under the local government organization of Maha Sarakham Province 3) evaluate the feasibility and usefulness. Effective management model for child development centers Under the local government organization of Maha Sarakham Province. Studying and synthesizing the current and desired conditions and from interviews. In-depth model child development center total 3 center and evaluate the guidelines by 7 experts. The tools used in the research included questionnaires, interviews, and statistical evaluation forms. Used in data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research results found that
1) Current conditions of child development center operations of local government organizations Maha Sarakham Province is overall at a moderate level. Desired conditions for operating a child development center of local government organizations in Maha Sarakham Province , overall at the highest level. 2) Creating an effective management model for child development centers under local administrative organizations . Maha Sarakham Province was found to consist of (1) Principles and concepts (2) objective (3) Method of operation consists of 5 side Including (4) Model evaluation guidelines and (5) success conditions Results of verification and evaluation of image appropriateness Effective management model for child development centers under local administrative organizations Maha Sarakham Province was. Found that it was appropriate at a high level. 3) Evaluating the feasibility and benefits of Effective management model for child development centers under local administrative organizations Maha Sarakham Province By the Director of the Child Development Center and child care teachers, found that the possibility was at the highest level and the usefulness was at the highest level
