Factors Affecting the Academic Administration of Affiliated Schools Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research article aimed to 1) study the level of factors affecting academic administration of schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) study the level of academic administration of schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 3) investigate factors affecting academic administration of schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 4) explore guidelines consisted of 2,171 persons.. The sample size of 327 persons. Researcher selected through simple random sampling without replacement. Questionnaires with reliability of 0.933 and 0.959 were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1) The level of factors affecting academic administration in quality schools at the sub-district level was high. Factors related to administrators, teachers, and parents and community were at the highest level. 2) The overall academic administration level of schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was also highest, when considering each aspect, it was found that the curriculum and curriculum administration, teaching and learning management, measurement and evaluation, internal school supervision, classroom research, educational media innovation and technology development, and internal quality assurance were the highest. 3) Factors affecting the academic management of schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, analyzed through stepwise multiple regression, indicated significant positive effects from factors related to administrators, teachers, and parents and communities at a .01 level of significance. 4) The development guidelines affecting academic administration in primary schools under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, from 2 or more key informants had consistent opinions, with a total of 3 factors: administrators, teachers, and parents and community.
