The development of desirable characteristics of learners according to Wudthidhamma 4 in rajaprajanugroh 35th school Phang Nga special education bureau

Abstract

         The objectives of this research article are: 1) to study the desired characteristics of students in Ratchaprachanukroh School 35, Phang Nga Province, under the Office of Special Education Administration; 2) to study the development of desirable characteristics according to the principles of Vuddhitham 4 of students in Ratchaprachanukroh School 35, Phang Nga Province, under the Office of Special Education Administration3) Present and evaluate the development of desirable characteristics according to the 4 principles of Vuddhitham of students in Ratchaprachanukroh School 35, Phang Nga Province, under the Office of Special Education Administration. Using qualitative research methods Data were collected by in-depth interviews with 15 people involved, 5 people who provided insights, and 7 group discussions with experts. Data were analyzed inductively.

         The results of the study found that:

         1) Desirable characteristics Some students still lack discipline. The evaluation was at a fair level, such as discipline, eagerness to learn, determination to work, public-mindedness, and other aspects, 2) The results of the study of the development guidelines for desirable characteristics according to the principles of the 4 virtues, 8 desirable characteristics of learners, and the principles of the 4 virtues, which have 4 development steps as follows: 1) Assigning policies 2) Planning meetings 3) Implementing 4) Supervising, monitoring, and evaluating 3) Presenting guidelines and evaluating the guidelines for developing desirable characteristics of learners, including: The 8 desirable characteristics consist of: 1) Love the nation, religion and king 2) Honesty 3) Discipline 5) Eager to learn 5) Live simply 6) Determined in work 7) Love being Thai 8) Public-mindedness, the 4 principles of morality consist of 1) Associating with good people 2) Listening to Dharma 3) Considering with deliberation 4) Behaving in accordance with good rules and regulations, with the following steps: 1) Executives issue a policy 2) Hold a planning meeting 3) Implementation 4) Supervising, monitoring and evaluating. Qualified persons evaluate the development approach and find that it is appropriate, feasible and beneficial and can be applied.
