The Administration of Student Affair Saccording to Buddhist Principles in Thang Poonwittayakhan School Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

         This research article has objectives are 1) to study the state of student affairs administration at Thangpoon Wittayakarn School. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2) to study guidelines for student affairs administration according to Buddhist principles of Thang Phun Wittayakarn School 3) to present guidelines for student affairs administration according to Buddhist principles of Thang Phun Witthayakhan School Data were collected from 20 people involved and those who provided insights, 7 people were in focus groups. The research tools were in-depth interviews. and group discussion assessments Data were analyzed using inductive methods and group discussion assessments.

         The following findings:

         1) Conditions of student affairs operations at Thangpoon Wittayakarn School Operations have a meeting to plan the work, but there is a lack of a clear process for appointing people responsible for the work. There are few personnel to perform duties. Teachers lack the skills and understanding to refer students with problems. The planning process for promoting student activities is not consistent with the school context. As a result, some activities are inefficient and less beneficial to students. 2) Guidelines for operating student affairs according to Buddhist principles. There are 4 tasks: Student Affairs Office  Student Support System etc. are carried out according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada, starting from meeting to create a common agreement (chantha), working with determination (viriya), paying careful attention to work (chitta), and reviewing and improving (vimangsa). 3) Presentation results. Guidelines for student affairs administration according to Buddhist principles of Thangpoon Wittayakarn School The operation guidelines are student Affairs Office work, Student support system work etc. Operating according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada, There are 4 approaches in total as follows: from meeting to creating a common agreement (chantha), operating with determination (viriya), paying careful attention to work (chitta), and reviewing and improving (vimansa), making operations Administer student affairs according to the principles of Buddhism at Thang Poon Wittayakarn School to be more efficient and beneficial to students.
