Abstract
This objectives of Research article are to 1) study the conditions of academic administration towards excellence at Kangpla Witthayakhom School 2) study guidelines for academic administration toward excellence according to the 4 Iddhipatha principles 3) present guidelines for academic administration towards excellence according to 4 principles of influence of Kangpla Witthayakhom School Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office Qualitative research methods were used to collect data by in-depth interviews with 15 people involved, 5 people who provided insights, and group discussions with 7 experts. Data were analyzed using inductive methods and group discussion evaluations.
The following findings :
1) Conditions of academic administration towards excellence at Kangpla Witthayakhom School Adhering to the core curriculum makes it inconsistent with the changing context of today's society. Most teachers teach lectures. Educational media and technology are insufficient due to limited budget. There are limitations on time and budget. There is a lack of follow-up and dissemination of news from educational institutions. Families and communities do not know the information thoroughly. 2)Guidelines for academic administration towards excellence according to the principle of Itthipatha 4. There are 4 areas of operations, namely: 1. Development of the curriculum of educational institutions 2.Teaching and learning management, 3.Supervision within educational institutions, and 4. Family and community participation. Operations are carried out according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada, starting from meeting to creating a common agreement (chantha), operating with determination (viriya), paying attention to work with care (chitta), and reviewing and improving (vimansa), making operations more efficient. Even more efficiency and the operation is systematic. 3) The results of the presentation of academic administration guidelines for excellence according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of Kangpla Witthayakhom School. Evaluation results by experts saw that there was a possibility that it was appropriate and useful Make the academic administration operations towards excellence at Kangpla Witthayakhom School. more efficient and provide maximum benefit to students.
