Buddhist Administrative Methods

Abstract
The book “Buddhist Management Method" written by Phra Thammakosajarn (Prayoon Thammajitto), interpreters believe that the structure of the book is appropriate, with a proper division of content and a clear sequence of content presentation. Successful management is essential because management is the process of accomplishing work by relying on others, so it is necessary for administrators to use both science and art in managing people. In addition, what will make management truly successful is that administrators must have leadership and vision in determining the direction of the organization towards a clear goal, using worldly knowledge to integrate with Buddhist principles. Therefore, Buddhist management and management must rely on leadership as a key factor. Executives who lead organizations to success must have leadership, that is, the ability to motivate people to want to work according to the executive's orders. To manage and achieve success in management, executives must rely on the integration of communication principles. As for Buddhist methods of supervision, supervision is the control of members within the organization to perform their duties to achieve the set objectives. Applying Buddhist principles to management results in effective organizational development and truly achieving the organization's objectives (goals).
