Factors affecting effectiveness in the academic administration of Islamic private schools: Case studies of royal award schools under the office of the private education Songkhla Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) To study the level of Academic Administration of Islamic Private Schools. 2) To study the level of effectiveness in academic administration of Islamic Private Schools. 3) To study the factors affecting effectiveness in the academic administration of Islamic Private Schools. The samples consist of 93 teachers from 3 Islamic Private Schools which received the Royal Award in Songkhla province in 2022. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The result showed that 1) The level of academic administration of Islamic Private Schools which received the Royal Award in overall is at high level (x̄ = 4.39) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the top 3 highest averages were the administrator, the teacher, and the parent and community, respectively. 2) The level of effectiveness in academic administration of Islamic Private Schools which received the Royal Award in overall is at high level (x̄ = 4.39) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the top 3 highest averages were learning process development, measurement and evaluation, and educational quality assurance, respectively.3 The factors affecting effectiveness in the academic administration of Islamic Private Schools which received Royal Award by using multiple regression analysis and AMOS program had a high positive relationship (R2= .900) with Statistically significant at the .01 level. It found that teacher factor affected the effectiveness of academic administration the most (ß=.322), followed by community and parental factor (ß=.289). and educational material and technology factor (ß=.190), respectively.
