Developing a training curriculum for primary school Thai language teachers to strengthen morals for students by organizing learning using local isaan literateature together with the coaching process schools under the jurisdction of the Khon Kaen provincial education office

Abstract

         This research article of objectives are as follows: 1) To synthesize local Isaan literature, to strengthen morals for students in the 21st century. 2) To develop a training curriculum for primary Thai language teachers for strengthening morals for students The research model is research and development. The tools used in the research include a document analysis. Group discussion knowledge test and training manual evaluation form Statistics used in data analysis include mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

         The research results were found: 1. The results of the synthesis of local Isaan literature found that: 1) Thai language teachers were able to write Thai language learning management plans using local Isaan literature the average is at a high level. 2) Thai language teachers are able to manage Thai language, learn of using local Isaan literature It has the highest average level. 3) The results of the test of knowledge of learning management in Thai language using local Isan literature of elementary school students who performed higher on the morality test after studying than before. 4) Opinions of students on management learning Thai language using local Isan literature, has a high level of average

         2. The results of the development of the Thai language teacher training curriculum for primary school to strengthen morality for students found that: 1) the curriculum outline is consistent and the draft training curriculum is appropriate. 2) the results of the test of knowledge and understanding about management, learn of using local Isaan literature of Thai language teachers at the primary level after the training was higher than before the training. 3) Evaluation of the writing of learning management plans using local Isan literature by teachers of the Thai language at the primary level, the average is at a high level. 4) Results of the assessment of the ability to organize learning using local Isan literature of Thai language teachers at the primary level, has the highest level of average.
