Management guidelines for leading Buddhist school under ubon Ratchathani primary educational service area office 1

Abstract

         The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the management for leading Buddhist school under Ubon Ratchatahani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) to study practical the management guidelines for leading Buddhist school under Ubon Ratchatahani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Simples were the administrators and teachers, totally 152 in number and 10 interviews. The research instrument for collecting the data was the questionnaire with its reliality at 0.98 and quality-verified interview. The data collected were analyzed by the computer program and the statistical devides composed of Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content Analysis.

             The research results were as follows : 1) The management for leading Buddhist school under Ubon Ratchatahani primary educational service area office 1 follows the guidelines for managing leading Buddhist schools. Overall it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that It is at a high level in every aspect. When sorting the average values from highest to lowest, they include the behavior of teachers, administrators, and students, the physical aspect, and the promotion of the Buddhist way. Daily Buddhist activities and teaching. 2) The management guidelines for leading Buddhist school under Ubon Ratchatahani primary educational service area office 1. include five guidelines were as follows. (1) the physical aspect, there were 7 approaches, (2) the daily Buddhist activities aspect, there were 4 approaches, (3) the teaching aspect, there were 5 approaches, (4) the behavioral aspect. Students, teachers, and administrators have 5 approaches. (5) In terms of promoting the Buddhist way, there are 8 approaches.
