Abstract

         The objectives of the research were 1) to study the current condition, desired condition and necessary needs of the senior boy scouts activity administration for school administrators under Ubon Ratchatani Boy Scouts Educational Service Area Office 1 2) To study management guidelines for the senior boy scouts activity administration guidelines for school administrators under Ubon Ratchatani Boy Scouts Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 322  administrators and teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire, had a confidence value of 0.90. Statistics used in analysis included frequency, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and assess needs using PNI_modified values and descriptive content analysis.

           The research results found that:

           1) The current situation of senior boy scout activity administration of school administrators overall, it was at a moderate level, the desired condition of the senior boy scouts activity administration for school administrators overall was at a high level. In part of necessary needs of the senior boy scouts activity administration for school administrators overall.

          2)  Management guidelines for the senior boy scouts activity administration guidelines for school administrators under Ubon Ratchatani Boy Scouts Educational Service Area Office 1. From interview the 5 experts, there were a total of 6 areas, totaling 19 approaches, including: (1) There were 3 approaches to organizing teaching and learning activities for senior scouts. (2) there were 3 approaches to scout finance management. (3) In term of cooperation with society, their were 3 approaches. (4) In term of special subjects emanations for senior scouts , there were 3 approaches. (5) there were 3 approaches for organizing teaching and learning activities for the advancement of senior boy scouts. And (6) For establishment of senior boy scouts activity which there were 4 approaches.
