The morality In administration of school Institution administrators under Roi Et primary educational service area office 2

Abstract

         The objectives of this research article to : 1) to study the current situation, desirable conditions, and necessity requirements for the morality administration of school administrators under Roi Et primary educational service area office 2, and  2) to present practical guidelines for the morality administration of educational institution administrators under Roi Et primary educational service area office 2. The sample group consisted of 351 Educational institution teachers, and the target group of 5  people for executive. The research instrument was a 5-point scaled questionnaire with an IOC between 0.67 – 1.00 with a reliability of 0.89. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. the necessities was  assessed by PNI_modified and descriptive analysis.

         The results showed that: 1) Current condition of morality in the management of school administrators Overall, it is at a moderate level. When considering each aspect It was found to be at a moderate level in 6 areas, arranged in order of average values ​​from highest to lowest in 3 orders: Mettavajikarma aspect On the aspect of view of common sense and the side of loving-kindness, respectively, the desired condition Overall, it is at the highest level. 2) Guidelines for enhancing morality in the administration of school administrators Under the Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it consists of 6 areas and 21 approaches as follows: (1) Mettamanokarma has 4 approaches (2) Silasamanyata has 3 approaches (3) Metta-Kanakarma has 2 approaches (4) ) In the aspect of metavajikarma, there are 4 approaches. (5) On the aspect of Ditthicamannta, there are 4 approaches. (6) On the aspect of public health, there are 4 approaches.
