The skills of educational administrators in the 21st century that effect the effectiveness of school administration under Udon-Thani Provincial administrative organization

Abstract

         The objectives of this research were 1) to study the skill level of school administrators in the 21st century that affects the effectiveness of school administration. 2) to study the relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century that affect the effectiveness of school administration. And 3) to study the skills of school administrators in the 21st century that affect the effectiveness of school administration under the Udon - Thani Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample groups were the sample group includes 127 administrators and teachers in schools under the Udon - Thani Provincial Administrative Organization, Udon - Thani Province, academic year 2023. Setting the sample size by the tables of Krejcie & Morgan. The research instrument was a 5 rating-scale questionnaire with a confidence factor of .975. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, simple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis

          The research results were found that

         1. The skills of educational administrators in the 21st century, Overall, it is at a high level.

         2. School administration, Overall, it is at a high level.

         3. The skills of school administrators and Provincial Administrative Organization have a high positive relationship. Statistically significant at the .01 level (rxy = 0.827).

         4. The skills of school administrators and Provincial Administrative Organization, found that the skills in cooperation and teamwork, using technology and digital and analytical thinking and creative thinking was able to jointly predict the effect on school administration efficiency at 69.80 percent (Adjusted R Square = 0.698) with statistical significance at the .01 level that can be written in the form of raw score equations and standard score equations.as follows.

         Raw score equation               = 0.907+  0.371 (X₅) +  0.242 (X₄) + 0.180 (X₃)

         Standard score equation        =  0.437 (X₅)  +  0.280 (X₄) + 0.218 (X₃)
