The บูรณาการพุทธวิธีในการพัฒนาวัดในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

Abstract

         This research article has objectives : 1)to study theoretical concepts regarding development, 2)to study Buddhist methods regarding temple development, 3) to integrate Buddhist methods in temple development in Roi Et Province, and 4) to present knowledge about the Buddhist methods in temple development in Roi Et Province. It is qualitative research. The research tools used were a focus group interview with 20 person (monks/people) and it is a descriptive data analysis.

         The research results found that :

         1. Theoretical concepts regarding development refer to the management of temples in Roi Et Province. There are 4 issues: 1) administration and management, 2) in terms of personnel, 3) in terms of venue management, and 4) in the budget aspect.

          2. Buddhist methods regarding temple development means applying concepts and theories about management into systematic management and planning is the management of using resources for maximum benefit. Buddhist concepts developed according to Buddhist philosophy It is a management concept based on Buddhist philosophy. It is mainly intellectual work with good intentions for society. And the Buddhist method regarding the development of temples according to the principles of Sappaya 4 is 1) the Buddhist method regarding the development of temples according to the principles of Avasa Sappaya, 2) the Buddhist method regarding the development of temples according to the principles of the Gocara Sappaya, 3) Buddhist methods regarding temple development according to the principles of Phassa Sappaya, and 4)Buddhist methods regarding temple development according to the principles of Puggala Sappaya.

         3. Integrate Buddhist methods in developing temples in the province. Roi Et Province refers to the development of temples in Roi Et Province by integrating Buddhist methods to achieve physical, mental, intellectual, and social satisfaction.

         4. Knowledge about the integration of Buddhist methods in developing temples in Roi Et Province refers to the management of temples in order to achieve physical, mental, intellectual, and social well-being, which is development that leads to a sustainable peaceful place according to Buddhist methods.
