CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND LOCAL WISDOM PROMOTION PROJECT: SMART CHICKEN FARMING OF THE NORTHEAST

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the occupational development and local wisdom promotion: smart farm indigenous chicken farming in the northeastern region, 2) to study the factors affecting the occupational development and local wisdom promotion and 3) to study ways of career development and promoting local wisdom: smart farm indigenous chickens in the northeastern region It's a mixed research. by quantitative and qualitative research The data used in the study were obtained from the research tools namely Quality research questionnaires and interview forms from the experts There was a coefficient of consistency for the whole version of 1.00 and a coefficient of alpha reliability of 0.857 by asking people in the Northeastern region for sustainable occupation, 20 provinces, 390 people and interviewing representatives of agencies involved 20 people Use multi-step random selection.
