PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF CRIMES AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE PROVINCIAL POLICE, PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA DISTRICT PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study crime prevention and suppression by considering administrative resources of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Police. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) To study the quality of life of the people of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District Police Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 3) To study the relationship between police crime prevention and suppression and the quality of life of the people of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Police. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province The sample group used in the study were people of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District Police. The data were collected by using a closed-ended questionnaire (closed form), which is a number on a 5-level estimation scale, divided into 3 parts. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Most of the respondents were male, aged 46 years and over, bachelor's degree, employed occupation, marital family status. and have average monthly income

The results of the study found that

1. The level of crime prevention and suppression of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Police. It was found that the overall picture was at a high level ( = 3.87). with the highest mean (= 3.94), followed by in terms of money or budget ( = 3.99), general management ( = 3.94), materials or places (= 3.92), and morality (= 3.99)


2. Prevention and suppression of crime of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Police. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Overall, it was found that it was at a high level (= 3.98). The aspect with the highest mean (= 3.95), followed by psychological ( = 3.95), personal independence ( = 3.89), social relations ( = 3.97), environmental ( = 3.89), and safety. personal belief ( = 3.97)


3. Crime prevention and suppression and the good quality of life of the people of the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District Police Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province correlated people or human resources in terms of money or budget in terms of materials, equipment, or locations and morality and ethics statistically significant at 0.01 level
