THE READINESS OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF GENERAL BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE SCHOOL: AT MANGKONKAMALAWAT WITTAYALAI SCHOOL

Abstract

This independent study aimed to investigate opinion of the readiness of academic Administration of General Buddhist Scripture School, Mangkon kamalawat Wittayalai school classified by population demographic. The sample group was 35 officers who work at General Buddhist Scripture School, Mangkonka malawat Wittayalai school. The question- naire was used to gather data from the sample group. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test. The result revealed that most of the sample group were layperson (56.5%), aged between 31-40 years old (43.5%), Monk age between 6-10 years old (50.0%), educated in Bachelor’s degree (52.2%), work experiences was more than 10 years (52.2%), currently position was permanent teacher (43.5) and special teacher (43.5). The opinion toward the readiness in overall Academic Administration of General Buddhist Scripture School, Mangkonkama lawat Wittayalai school was at high level ( gif.latex?\bar{X}=3.68), the highest score was Budget administration ( gif.latex?\bar{X}= 3.86), next Human administration (gif.latex?\bar{X}=3.73, Academic administration ( gif.latex?\bar{X}= 3.63) and General administration (gif.latex?\bar{X} = 3.50), respectively. The result of hypothesis testing found that the respondents with different demographic characteristic perceived the Readiness of Academic Administration of General Buddhist Scripture School, Mangkonkama lawat Wittayalai school differently at 0.05 level.
