Abstract

A Study of Motivation and Work Readiness of Chalermprakiet Provincial Police Officers Nakhon Ratchasima Province Objectives 1) to study the level of motivation of the Chaloem Phrakiat Provincial Police Department Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) to study the level of readiness for the operation of the Chalermprakiet Provincial Police 3) to study the relationship between the motivation of the Chulalongkorn University and the readiness for the operation of the Chalermprakiet Provincial Police. The study found that Chaloem Phrakiat Provincial Police Nakhon Ratchasima Province Age between 31-40 years old the most, had a bachelor's degree the most, followed by secondary school. Most have marital status. Which has the service life between 11 - 20 years, the most, followed by the service life between 21 - 30 years, most have monthly income between 15,001 - 20,000 baht, followed by monthly income between 20,000 baht or more, and most of them have rank.
