Abstract

A study on quality of life and organizational commitment of police officers of Chalermprakiet Provincial Police Station Nakhon Ratchasima Province have a purpose 1) To study the level of quality of life of police officers at Chaloem Phrakiat Police Station Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) To study the level of commitment to the organization of police officers at Chaloem Phrakiat Police Station Nakhon Ratchasima Province 3) To study the relationship between quality of life and organizational commitment of police officers of Chalermprakiet Provincial Police Station. Nakhon Ratchasima Province by collecting data from the Chaloem Phrakiat Provincial Police All 124 people in Nakhon Ratchasima province were used with a questionnaire with a confidence value of .8624. The statistics were analyzed by computer software. To analyze descriptive statistics such as percentage (Percentage), mean (Mean : ) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation : SD) ) analyze the relationship using statistics to find the correlation coefficient (Correlation) of Pearson's Correlation can be summarized as follows:


The study found that Most of the respondents were aged between 31-40 years old, married, 11-20 years of service, with an average monthly income of 15,001 - 20,000 baht, and had the rank of Sor. followed by the rank of Pol.Lt.O. – Pol.O.A., respectively. The results of the study were as follows:


  1. Quality of life of police officers. Chaloem Phrakiat Police Station Nakhon Ratchasima Province The overall picture is high. The social environment was the highest average. followed by life satisfaction attitude satisfaction in participating in community activities physical environment and leisure

  2. The affiliation with the organization of the Chaloem Phrakiat

Police Officer Nakhon Ratchasima Province The overall picture was at a high level. It was found that the organizational affinity with the organization had the highest average. followed by loyalty to the organization and presence, respectively.


  1. Analysis of the relationship between quality of life and organizational commitment of police officers at Chaloem Phrakiat Police Station Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that all quality of life variables were physical environment social environment leisure satisfaction in life In terms of satisfaction in participating in community activities, there was a statistically significant positive correlation at the .05 level. Quality of life in social environment was the highest correlation with organizational commitment.
