Abstract

          This research aims to To study the knowledge from the performance of accountants in KhonKaen Hospital The sample population used in this research was accountants working in KhonKaen Hospital. with the position of 25 financial and accounting scholars, 30 financial and accounting officers, including 55 people, which the researcher obtained by determining the sample size Using the tables of Krejce and Morgan, the tools used in the research were questionnaires. and multifunctional correlation analysis. The results showed that accountants within KhonKaen Hospital Have an opinion on professional accounting skills The overall picture was at a high level when considered on a case-by-case basis. The aspect was found to be at a high level in all aspects. And there are opinions about the efficiency of work. Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinion level was high in every aspect. working person Related to accounting, one must have accounting knowledge based on the level of competency and the application of that level to the advantage and applicable to all. so situation Accountants need to have various abilities. to bring out the results to be displayed in every situation, affecting the efficiency of for the benefit of oneself in terms of progress in duty and being able to work properly in accordance with accounting standards.
