Abstract
This research the objective of the study was studied and compared Individual of leadership on digital era for administrators in quality education group of airport in Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1. Classified by work experience and school size.
The sample was selected from teachers who perform their duties as teachers In the Airport Quality Education School group Loei District Loei Province under Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1, amount 123 people. Research tools are questionnaire with 5 rating scales which has a reliability of 0.90. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The (t-test), (One-way ANOVA) and the Scheffe’s dualdifferential test. The results of the studied were as follows
1. Individual of leadership on digital era for administrators in quality education group of airport in Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1 overall in a high level.
2. The Comparison of Individual of leadership on digital era for administrators in quality education group of airport in Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1, classified by work experience, found that overall, the leadership characteristics of the digital age of school administrators in the educational quality group Under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1 is not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the operational aspects were significantly different at the 0.05 level, while the other aspects were not different.
3. The comparison of Individual of leadership on digital era for administrators in quality education group of airport in Loei Primary Educational Service Area office 1, classified by the overall school size is not different. With different external personality and
operational aspects with a statistical significance of 0.05 There is a statistically significant difference at the level 0.05 of 1 pair, which are small schools and medium schools and compared the operational average found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level 0.05 of 1 pair, which are small schools and large schools.
