THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE OF GOVERNMENT TEACHERS UNDER NONGBUA LAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the internal administration of schools 2) study the quality of work life of government teachers 3) study the relationship between internal administration of schools and quality of work life of government teachers. The sample of this study was 350 government teachers under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2019. The sample size was determined by Krejcie & Morgan’ s table. The sample was selected based on stratified random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data rating scale of 5 levels and Reliability .99. Data collected were then analyzed by using software package and statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results of this study indicated as follows: 1) Overall internal administration of schools under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the high level. When individual aspects were considered, an aspect with the highest mean was academic administration, followed by people administration, general administration, and budget administration. 2) Overall quality of life of government teachers under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the moderate level. When individual aspects were considered, an aspect with the highest mean was social benefit works, followed by work security and progress, social integration, organizational constitution, opportunity to develop the knowledge and ability, safety and hygiene at work, work-life balance, and sufficient and fair compensation. 3) The internal administration of schools was positively related with the quality of work life of government teachers under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at low level ( rxy= .22) with a statistical significance level of .05.
