THE NEEDS FOR INTERNAL SUPERVISTION IN PATHUMTHANI MUNICIPAL SCHOOL SYSTEM

Abstract

     This study was intended for the study of :- the requirements of supervision needed in the internal school of teaching in Pathum Thani municipality school, Pathum Thani province. The representative sample used in this study were:- the teachers in Pathum Thani
municipality school academic for year 2014 which totelled 66 persons. The instrument used for data collection was the 5 level rating scale questionnaire which has 2 parts :- 1) the general information about the status of the questionnaire respondents. 2) The requirements of supervision needed in the internal school of teachers in Pathum Thani municipality school, Pathum Thani province. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.


Results of this study were: 1. The requirements of supervision needed in the internal school of teachers in Pathum Thani municipality school, Pathum Thani province. Overall it was at a high level. When considering the aspects it was found that the highest level in the requirements of supervision internal school of teacher were the media teaching, followed by the management
teaching, the curriculum development, the teaching human resources development and the evaluation measurement respectively. 2. The comparative of the requirements of supervision needed in the internal school of teachers in Pathum Thani municipality school, Pathum Thani province was classified by the education level of teachers and it was found that the overall outcome was not different in each and all aspects.
