QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF IN ERAWAN DISTRICT, LOEI PROVINCE

Abstract

           The main objectives of this research were to study the quality of working life of theErawan District Administrative Officers, Loei Province. The population used in the research were 146 Erawan District Administrative Officers. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of content. 3 sections, statistics used in data analysis are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for general population data.

            The results showed that Quality of working life of Erawan District Administrative Officers Overall, it was at a high level (μ = 3.70), and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was safety and good working environment (μ =3.7), followed by income and Fair and adequate compensation (μ = 3.76) and the least mean aspect was ownership (μ = 3.58). Consider adjusting the salary and compensation tobe fair.
