SCHOOL ADMINISTATION OF BOUKEAWKESON SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONSERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

     The purpose of this study was to investigate school administation of Boukeawkeson School, under the secondary educationservice area office 4. The population were 3 administrators and 38 guidance teachers in Boukeawkeson School, under the secondary educationservice area office 4. Methodology; population in this research was 41 teachers and administrators in the school. Research tool used was questionnaire with Statistics used were Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.

    The results were as followed:The problems administration of boukeawkeson School, under the secondary educationservice area office 4 according to the school administrators’opinions and theguidance teachers were found in a moderate level both in overall aspects and all of eachaspect when , separate lay a side meets that , be valuable share stay in the average , every a side.
