Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study operation of the student support system and 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutions 3) The operation of a student support system that affects the effectiveness of education group Udon Phit school Secondary Education Service Area Office 20. The sample groups used in the research were school administrators and teachers in the education group Udon Phit school the secondary Education Service Area Office 20, number 178 people by using the sample size comparison table of Krejcie and Morgan, and stratified randomization with the proportion of group Udon Phit school. The tools used were 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with a confidence factor of 0.92. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the pearson correlation coefficient.


The study found that:


  1. Operation of the student support system of the school education group Udon Phit school Secondary Education Service Area Office 20 overall was at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that knowledge of individual students and in student screening at the highest level followed by student screening and student promotion

  2.  Effectiveness of educational institutions school education group Udon Phit school Secondary Education Service Area Office 20 overall was at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the ability to solve problems within the school was followed by the ability to modify and develop schools.

  3. Operation of the student support system That affect the effectiveness of educational institutions school education group Udon Phit school Secondary Education Service Area Office 20 overall had a positive high linear relationship, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
