Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1) Study the characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century as perceived by teachers in the school under Nongbualamphu primary educational service area office 1. 2) Compare the characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century as perceived by teachers in the school under Nongbualamphu primary educational service area office 1, classified by gender, educational background and work experience. The samples were teachers in schools under Nongbualamphu primary educational service area office 1, 327 people were randomly selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with 5 rating scales with confidence level equal to .99. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Independent model and one way variance.


The results of the research were as follows: 1) The characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century as perceived by teachers in the school under Nongbualamphu primary educational service area office 1, in overall and in each aspect, at a high level in all aspects.  2) Teachers in schools with different sex, educational background and work experience perceived characteristics of administrators. Educational institutions in the 21st century as a whole and in all aspects no different.
