THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS AND ATMOSPHERE OF BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS UNDER NONGBUALAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This research is survey research. The objectives are to study 1) Organizational factors of basic education institutions under the Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area Office 1. 2) Atmosphere of basic education institutions under the Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area Office 1. 3) The relationship between organizational factors and atmosphere of basic education institutions under Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area office 1. The samples used in the study were 113 administrators and 212 teachers randomly selected by stratified sampling. The instrument used in the research was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire with reliability equal to .98. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

          The results of the research showed that 1) Organizational factors of basic education institutions under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall operation was at a high level. 2) The atmosphere of basic education institutions under Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area Office 1, the overall operation was at a high level. 3) There is a positive relationship between organizational factors and atmosphere of basic education institutions under Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area Office 1 with statistical significance at the level of .05
