Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study and to compare the administrative skills of the administrators in network center on development for educational quality of Sribunruang 1 under the office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area 1 dividing on gender educational level and working experience. The samples using for this research were 119 persons from administrators and teachers in the network center on development for educational quality of Sribunruang 1 under the office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area 1 of the year 2020. By using the method of selecting a specific sample including school administrators and teachers in network center on development for educational quality of Sribunruang 1 under the office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area 1 of the year 2020 totally 119 people. Research tools, It is a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test. One-way analysis of variance.


          The results of the study were follows as (1) For overall of the skill administrators in the network center on development for educational quality of Sribunruang  1 under the office of Nongbualamphu Primary Education Area 1 were in high level. (2) Comparison results school administrators and teachers in the network center on development for educational quality of Sribunruang 1, classified by gender, education level and work experience, Have the same overall educational administration skills Which is not in accordance with the research hypothesis set.
