Abstract

This experimental study investigated the effect of psychoeducational activities on the perception of others' feelings in early childhood. Thirty-six early childhood students were equally divided into experimental and control groups. The treatment was a plan to organize psychoeducation activities for 8 weeks, 40 mental educational activities with 30 minutes each, and the assessment of understanding the feelings of others after each activity. The results showed that 1) the experimental group had an increased level of understanding of the feelings of others, and 2) the experimental group had a higher understanding of others' feelings than the control group.
