การใช้ QCAmap สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงคุณภาพ : ตัวอย่างจากข้อมูลจำลองบทสัมภาษณ์ครู

การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพมักมีความซับซ้อนและต้องอาศัยความละเอียดรอบคอบของนักวิจัยที่ต้องจัดระเบียบข้อมูล ตีความ และสรุปข้อความอย่างเป็นระบบ QCAmap จึงถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ที่จะช่วยกำหนดรหัสข้อความ การถอดรหัส และการแสดงผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อความที่ได้จากข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงการประยุกต์ใช้งานในทางปฏิบัติ บทความนี้ได้ใช้ตัวอย่างกรณีศึกษาที่สร้างขึ้นจาก ChatGPT ที่ผู้เขียนกำหนดสถานการณ์จำลองให้นักวิจัยสัมภาษณ์ครูที่เพิ่งสอบบรรจุเข้าเป็นครูในช่วง 3 ปีแรกของการทำงาน บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแนะนำและสาธิตขั้นตอนการใช้ QCAmap สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยนำเสนอการเริ่มต้นใช้งานและการกำหนดวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อนำไปสู่ขั้นตอนการกำหนดหัวเรื่อง ระบุคำนิยาม ตัวอย่างประกอบ และกฎการถอดรหัส เพื่อใช้สำหรับการถอดรหัสข้อความและแสดงผลในรูปแบบตารางแสดงความถี่ของหัวเรื่องและข้อความจากบทสัมภาษณ์ ผลจากการทดลองใช้งานพบว่า QCAmap สามารถจัดการข้อมูลที่เป็นเอกสารได้สะดวก ใช้งานง่าย และรองรับการทำงานภาษาไทย จึงมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สนใจในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ต้องการเรียนรู้วิธีการใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาอย่างมีระบบ
