Antecedents and Consequences of Green Innovation Contributing Sustainable Performance
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to develop a theoretical framework to explain the mechanism of Green Innovation development for Organizational Sustainability. The proposed framework establishes a structural relationship among three main factor groups: 1) causal factors consisting of Green Transformational Leadership and Green Organizational Culture, which serve as primary drivers
2) mediating factors including Green Human Resource Management and Technological Innovation, which function as reinforcing mechanisms, and 3) outcome factors comprising Green Dynamic Capability and Sustainable Performance. The framework reveals a systemic relationship where causal factors influence Green Innovation development through mediating mechanisms. Specifically, Green Human Resource Management enhances process efficiency, while Technological Innovation strengthens the effectiveness of the relationship between Green Innovation and Green Dynamic Capability. Ultimately, this leads to Sustainable Organizational Performance. Beyond contributing new theoretical knowledge about Organizational Sustainability mechanisms, this study provides practical guidelines for managers. It offers strategic approaches that integrate leadership, organizational culture, human resource management, and technology to achieve systematic and effective sustainability.
