The research findings revealed that The overall level of practice in participatory management of small schools in the digital age, under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, was high (x̄ = 4.32). When considered by aspect, the aspect with the highest average score was participation in planning, followed by participation in brainstorming, participation in implementation, and participation in monitoring and evaluation

The results of a study on developing participatory management approaches in small schools in the digital age under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that schools should provide opportunities for all sectors to participate in brainstorming, planning, and decision-making, using digital technology as a tool for effective communication and collaboration, while also promoting integrated cooperation between schools. Community and partner networks are involved in developing schools to align with the context and needs of learners and the community, including continuous, transparent, and cost-effective participatory monitoring and evaluation. The results are then used to improve and develop educational management for sustainability.
