The motivations of administrators that affect the commitment of the private school teachers in Uttaradit Province

Abstract
This research article aims to 1) study the level of motivation of school administrators according to the opinions of private school teachers in Uttaradit Province, 2) study the level of commitment of private school teachers in Uttaradit Province, 3) study the relationship between motivation of administrators and commitment of private school teachers in Uttaradit Province, and 4) study the motivations of administrators that affect commitment of private school teachers in Uttaradit Province.
The finding were
1. The motivation of school administrators was at a high level. ranked from the highest to the lowest level as follows: Achievement, Responsibility and the lowest level was Compensation and Salary.
2. The commitment of private school teachers was at a high level. ranked from the highest to the lowest level as follows: A willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of the organization, a strong belief in and acceptance of the organization's goals and values and the lowest level was A strong desire to maintain membership in the organization
3. The correlation between motivation of administrators and commitment of private school teachers had positive correlation with statistical significance at the .01 level. And the variables of Personal Relations was at a high level of positive correlation.
4. The motivations of administrators that affect commitment of private school teachers The variables that affect 3 variables are Personal Relations, Working Conditions and Compensation and Salary at 58.0 percent with a statistical significance of 0.05 level. The motivations of administrators that affect commitment of private school teachers ranked according to that affect on the dependent variable include: Personal Relations (X8) (Beta = .474) Working Conditions (X7) (Beta = .323) and Compensation and Salary (X9) (Beta = -.208). The participative predictive equation in the motivations of administrators that affect commitment of private school teachers could be determined as follows:
The predictive equation in term of raw scores:
Y = 1.806 + 0.342X8 + 0.218X7 - 0.114X9
The predictive equation in term of standard scores:
Z = 0.474X8 + 0.323X7 - 0.208X9
