Innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the educational innovation of teachers Under The Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research aims to 1) The overall level of innovative leadership among school administrators is at the highest level. 2) The overall level of educational innovation among teachers is at the highest level. 3) To study the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the educational innovator ship of teachers. And 4) To study the impact of the innovative leadership of school administrators on the educational innovator ship of teachers. The sample group consisted of 292 teachers from the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the 2025 academic year. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Statistical analyses included percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings revealed that 1) the overall level of innovative leadership among school administrators was at the highest level, and 2) the overall level of educational innovation among teachers was at the highest level. 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators and the educational innovation of teachers showed a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.57, which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level, and 4) the results of the multiple normal regression analysis showed that the innovative leadership of school administrators had a 76.00% impact on the educational innovation of teachers, which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The researchers used this to create a predictive equation based on the standard formula Zy = 1.44(ZX3**) + 0.97(ZX1**) + 0.80(ZX5**) + 0.39(ZX4**) - 2.87(ZX2**).
