Abstract

         Educational administration in the digital era requires adaptation to the rapid advancement of information technology, particularly the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the efficiency of educational management. A review of related literature indicates that the core components of educational administration include leadership, organizational structure, communication, resource utilization, administrative processes, and organizational culture, which serve as fundamental bases for improving administrative quality. In the digital context, key factors influencing educational administration include digital leadership, information technology management, personnel’s digital competencies, innovation-oriented organizational culture, and the effectiveness of policy implementation. At the same time, administrators are required to possess essential competencies, including systems thinking, results-oriented performance, teamwork, data utilization, and the ability to apply innovation in practice. Furthermore, the application of AI in educational administration can be categorized into eight areas: learning management, automated assessment, big data management, resource management, decision support, personnel development, system governance, and innovation networking. In conclusion, educational administration in the digital era requires the systematic integration of AI technologies with administrative processes and personnel development to enhance administrative efficiency and improve educational quality in alignment with sustainable societal changes.
