Management Factors Affecting the Performance of Local Government Organizations in Khon Kaen Province

Abstract
This research article aimed (1) study the administrative conditions affecting the operational effectiveness, (2) study the administrative factors affecting the operational effectiveness, and (3) study the administrative approaches affecting the operational effectiveness of local administrative organizations in Khon Kaen Province. The research used both quantitative and qualitative research. The samples were 400 eligible voters in Khon Kaen Province. The target group was 10 government and local representatives. The tools used were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used were frequency distribution and percentage of respondents. The analysis was presented in tables using mean and standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the sequential variable selection method.
The research results found that: (1) The administrative conditions affecting the operational efficiency of local administrative organizations in Khon Kaen Province were at a moderate level overall ( =3.07 S.D. =0.74), (2) Administrative factors affecting the operational efficiency of local administrative organizations in Khon Kaen Province with statistical significance at the .05 level were personnel administration dimension factor (X2), management dimension factor (X1), bureaucratic culture dimension factor (X5), and public service dimension factor (X4), with predictor coefficients in the raw scores (b) equal to .322, .249, .099, and .074, respectively. (3) It is necessary to have honesty and trust in the administrative efficiency because being a sincere person who keeps his word will make the administrative efficiency a guarantee for creating an administrative efficiency and is essential for creating an effective administrative efficiency and can make organizations or agencies very effective.
