Guidelines for Economic and Social Change in Nong Khai Province

Abstract

         This research article aims (1) to study the economic and social changes, (2) to study the factors affecting the economic and social changes, and (3) to study the direction of the economic and social changes in Nong Khai Province The quantitative and qualitative research. The sample group consisted of 400 people aged 18-60 in Nong Khai Province, and the target group consisted of 10 government and private sector representatives. The research was quantitative and qualitative. The statistics used were frequency distribution and percentage of the respondents. The analysis was presented in tables using the mean and standard deviation. The multiple regression analysis was performed using the sequential variable selection method, discussion of the results, and descriptive data analysis.

         The research results found that: (1) the overall economic and social changes in Nong Khai Province were at a moderate level ( =3.01 S.D. =0.75), (2) Factors that significantly affected economic and social changes in Nong Khai Province at a statistical level of .05 were internal factors (X2), external factors (X1), and international factors (X4), with coefficients of predictors in raw scores (b) of .240, .193, and .003, respectively. (3) It is necessary to have a policy for systematic economic and social change planning that involves cooperation with all parties, supports diverse economic and social changes, develops policies and plans for economic and social change, and promotes economic and social change. It promotes the establishment of various funds in times of emergency and develops a comprehensive technology system for efficient and comprehensive services.
