Abstract
The health situation of Thai people is still very risky due to various dangers that may occur in the present era. Especially personnel who work in risky areas along the border or in risky areas between borders, these personnel will face both external and internal dangers, namely external pain from being hit by weapons, bombs or risks from going out to work to maintain peace and order in areas that are already at risk and taking care of personnel to have good morale and receive appropriate benefits is very important for work efficiency and employee commitment to the organization. In addition, compliance with relevant laws also creates confidence and safety for personnel.
