Administration According to the Principles of Saraniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

         This research article aimed (1) to study the administration according to the principle of Saraniyadhamma, (2) to study the factors of administration according to the principle of Saraniyadhamma, and (3) to study the administration approach according to the principle of Saraniyadhamma of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization. It was a quantitative and qualitative research. The sample consisted of 400 eligible voters in Khon Kaen Province. The target group consisted of 10 executives and service recipients. The statistics used were frequency distribution and percentage of the questionnaire respondents. The analysis was presented in tables using the mean and standard deviation. The multiple regression analysis was performed using the sequential variable selection method, discussion of the results, and descriptive data analysis.

          The research results found that: (1) the administration based on the Saraniyadhamma principle of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization is at a moderate level overall, ranked from most to least as follows: leadership or command, organizational control, personnel recruitment, planning, and organizational management, respectively. (2) The factors of administration based on the Saraniyadhamma principle of Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization with statistical significance at the .05 level are: Metta-Vajīkamma factor (X2), public utility factor (X4), common view factor (X6), and common morality factor (X5), with predictor coefficients in the raw scores (b) equal to .538, .502, .467, and .437, respectively. (3) It is necessary to perform duties according to the rules with equal discipline without discrimination. One should speak well to colleagues both in public and in private, use words that others feel respectful, etc.
