Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the causal factors of success in the management of senior general scouts of basic education institutions in Bangkok; 2) to examine the management style affecting the success of the administration. 3) To develop and assess the feasibility of implementing the development of a management model that affects the success of managing a senior general scout of an educational institution. Basic in Bangkok the sample group was 3 affiliations of 135 schools. The informants consisted of 1) 135 school administrators 2) 135 Scout leaders 3) 405 senior general scout supervisors, 4) 1,350 senior general scouts and 1,350 parents. It is obtained by multistage randomization. The research tools were quiz and questionnaire, data record form. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. find the power of classification Determination of reliability by coefficient method Cronbach's Alpha Pearson's Correlation Multiple regression analysis. The research findings were: 1) Model was consistent with the empirical data (Model Fit). There were 2 groups of causal variables with 8 variables altogether could explain the success of managing a senior general scout of an educational institution in Bangkok more than 40% (100%). 2) The results of the assessment of the development management model that affects the success of the general senior scout administration of basic education institutes in Bangkok, found that the individual assessment results. The average percentage ranged from 83.57 to 89.29. The total average percentage was 85.89, higher than the criteria set by  70/75 %.
