GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING PARTICIPATIVE ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS IN MOEDANG SCHOOL NETWORK UNDER SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

          This research aimed to study the conditions and problems of participative administration of schools in Moedang School Network under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, to compare problems of participative administration of schools classified by school sizes, and to study the development guidelines for the use of participation administrative development. The sample consisted of teachers in Moedang School Network and Informat from the best schools, consisting of 3 schools' administration and 15 teachers. The tool used for the data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and an Interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and frequency from content analysis.            The research results revealed as follows: 1) The overall conditions of the Participation Administration of Schools in Moedang School Network Under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 were high. The overall problems of the Participation Administration of Schools in Moedang School Network needed to be higher. 2) The problems of Participation Administration for overall the small size school had problem higher than the medium size school and large size school statistically significant at .05 level. 3)The guidelines for Developing Participation Administration were applied to develop. In the aspect of trust, teachers should be involved in administrative decisions related to their performances; in the aspect of commitment, professional learning communities should be created for both teaching and administrative problems; in the aspect of setting common goals and objectives, teachers should be encouraged to discuss and work together. The aspect of independence for teachers to perform with willingness; teachers should be trusted and assigned to the right position, be free to express their opinions, and be accepted by others with the guidance of the school administrator.
