Abstract
Congestive heart failure is a condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to the rest of the body to meet the needs of the body. Congestive heart failure is one of the top five diseases in female internal medicine wards on the 4th floor, often accompanied by signs and symptoms suggestive of abnormalities, including difficulty breathing, easy fatigue, irregular heartbeat, swollen limbs, and veins in the neck. aneurysm and pulmonary edema Guidelines for treating heart failure are symptomatic. and prevent complications reduce the severity of disease progression and increase the ability to perform activities if the patient is delayed may cause death of the patient.Therefore, the role of nurses in caring for heart failure patients is important for critically ill patients. To follow up and assess changes in symptoms in a timely manner and watch out for major complications and appropriate patient distribution plans are also important and plan the discharge of the patient appropriately enable patients to conduct self-assessments to prevent complications reduce the death rate and reduce the rate of re-admission within 28 days. Therefore, the researcher is interested in a comparative study of 10 patients with heart failure. This study can lead to the development of care for patients with heart failure to overcome the crisis and be able to self-manage until having a good quality of life in the future.
