LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF THE SCHOOLS UNDER UBONRATCHATHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 5

Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the level of learning organization of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5; 2) to compare the level of learning organization of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 as categorized by the school size; and 3) to propose guidelines for developing the learning organization of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample of this research were 359 school administrators, teachers and personnel of the schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 in academic year 2020. The research tool was a questionnaire with the entire reliability at .87. The data were statistically analyzed in percentage, average, standard deviation and hypothesis of independent sample t-test. The findings of this research were as follows. 1) The overall analytical result of learning organization level of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 was at a high level (= 4.09).  2) The comparative result of learning organization level of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, categorized by school size, was found that the school administrators, teachers and educational personnel in schools with different size had the overall level of opinion towards learning organization of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 with significant difference in statistics at the level of .05. 3) The guidelines for developing learning organization of schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5 were as follows. 1) The schools should provide training in team working and learning methods among their personnel. 2) The schools should pay attention to the personnel’s well-being by thoroughly promoting extra welfare. 3) The schools should encourage their personnel to explore and create innovations. 4) The schools should enhance the atmosphere that  supports and inculcates their personnel to place importance on learning. 5) The schools should develop strategies and mechanisms in knowledge sharing among their personnel.
