บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนานโยบายสาธารณะเชิงพุทธ ซึ่งบูรณาการหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาเข้าไว้ในกระบวนการนโยบาย เพื่อเสริมสร้างสังคมที่มีสันติสุขและความยั่งยืน โดยวิเคราะห์จากกรอบแนวคิดพุทธธรรม อาทิ สัปปุริสธรรม 7, พรหมวิหาร 4, สังคหวัตถุ 4 และอิทธิบาท 4 ตลอดจนศึกษาตัวอย่างแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นรูปธรรมในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ผลการศึกษาเสนอว่านโยบายสาธารณะที่สอดคล้องกับหลักพุทธธรรมสามารถสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระดับบุคคล ชุมชน และโครงสร้างทางสังคมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บทความสรุปด้วยข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายสำหรับผู้กำหนดนโยบายและผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
