Abstract

This research aims to 1. a Study the level of political participation of personnel of the 2nd Army Region Headquarters 2. Compare the political participation of personnel of the 2nd Army Region Headquarters, classified according to personal factors 3. Presenting the application of the principles of Aparihaniyatham to promote political participation of personnel of the 2nd Army Region Headquarters. The research is a combined method. Quantitative research Use questionnaires as data collection tools. The sample group included 265 personnel of the 2nd Army Region Headquarters. Statistics used to analyze the data include frequency values, percentages, and valuesAverage and standard deviation Test the hypothesis by testing the T value, F value, and one-way analysis of variance. Qualitative research Using an in-depth interview with 9 important informants or people, data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis
