This information may be both factual and distorted. Some voters may use their intelligence to consider information before making a decision, while others may make decisions based on information they receive directly without checking. Therefore, having discretion in receiving information is very important in voting. The Buddhist principle of Kalama Sutta: Wisdom to consider before believing or disbelieving in 10 ways: 1. Do not believe because you have heard it from others. 2. Do not believe because it is considered old news passed down. 3. Do not believe because it is rumored. 4. Do not believe because it refers to scriptures or textbooks. 5. Do not believe because of logic or reason. 6. Do not believe because you make assumptions or inferences. 7. Do not believe because you think based on the symptoms. 8. Do not believe because it agrees with your opinion or fits with existing theories. 9. Do not believe because the speaker should be believable. 10. Do not believe because the speaker is our teacher. This is suitable for voters to analyze and distinguish before exercising their right to vote. Select your own representatives to maximize the benefits of exercising power and freedom through the process of electing representatives when electing people in Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality.</p> Phrakhru Sriratanadhammavides Copyright (c) 2026 JOURNAL OF NAKHONRATCHASIMA CIVIL SOCIETY https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JNKCS/article/view/7171 Mon, 13 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 History of Hindad Shrine https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JNKCS/article/view/7173 <p>The first Ubon Ratchathani railway line operated from Tha Chang Railway Station to Buriram Railway Station in 1925, bringing people from various places to settle down near the railway station, especially in front of Hin Dat Railway Station, where many people immigrated. The ethnic groups of Thai Khorat, Thai Isan, and Chinese ethnic groups set up shophouses to trade in the market in front of Hin Dat Railway Station. Hin Dat Railway Station is the new commercial center of Phimai. Therefore, Hin Dat Railway Station Market is considered one of the most important commercial centers on the Ubon railway line. Local residents and travelers pay homage, along with the construction of the Hin Dat Shrine. The people of Hin Dat Market have organized an annual ceremony to worship the deities, hiring Chinese opera or “Ngiw” to perform the ceremony and perform for the public. Currently, traveling by train has become less popular, but if you travel by train to Hin Dat Railway Station, you will find the original atmosphere. “Phimai Railway Station” used to be an important commercial center, and the Hin Dat Shrine reflects the image of the Chinese community. The sawmill that processed wood in the past was the main industry that employed a lot of workers. You will find a 100-year-old wooden warehouse that was once used to store agricultural products. The old logs that workers used to sit and wait to load goods onto the train reflect the image and long history of being an important economic area in the past. It also tells the history of the Hin Dad Shrine, recalling the love, faith, and memories of people from the past to the present.</p> Boonchuay Panichkul Copyright (c) 2026 JOURNAL OF NAKHONRATCHASIMA CIVIL SOCIETY https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JNKCS/article/view/7173 Mon, 13 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 THE SANGHA’S ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE SEVEN: BUDDHIST POLITICS OF THE NEW GENERATION YOUTH IN DAN KHUN THOT NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE https://so12.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JNKCS/article/view/7177 <p>This research aimed to 1.
