Development of Information Systems for Department Quality Assessment through Cloud processing Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College

Abstract

The objectives of the research were (1) to develop an information system for department quality assessment at Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College by using cloud computing, (2) to assess the effectiveness of the information system for department quality assessment at Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College by using cloud computing, and (3) to assess the satisfaction of the users on the information system for department quality assessment at Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College by using cloud computing. The population used in this research consisted of 67 teachers and staff of Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College involved in departmental quality assessment. The research instruments were (1) Departmental Quality Assessment Information System (2) and (3) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of users with the information system. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results consisted of (1) results of the information system for department quality assessment at Prachuap Khiri Khan Technical College by using cloud computing can be used as it's purposes, (2) the results of the evaluation of the efficiency on the use of information systems by experts showed that the results of all aspects of assessment were at the highest level. Whereof the summaries of the overall picture of efficiency assessment of the information system at the highest level with the average of 4.95, and (3) the results of the users satisfaction assessment on the information system in all aspects were at the highest level and shown the overall picture of the results of the users satisfaction assessment on the information system at the highest level with the average of 4.70.
