Abstract
The objectives of this research were to assess the effectiveness of the policy implementation of the Women Empowerment Fund (WEF). Identify problems in access to funding for the Women Empowerment Fund (WEF). and propose guidelines for promoting women's career development opportunities according to the policy of the Women's Role Development Fund in the Nakhon Chai Si district Nakhon Pathom Province.
The researcher used a qualitative study method, collected the data through in-depth interviews with key informants. which are community development officers in Nakhon Chaisri District, consisting of 5 people, and 25 people working groups to drive the Women's Role Development Fund in Tambon/Municipality, who are women in Nakhon Chaisri District Nakhon Pathom Province (1) Inadequate public relations deprived women members of the knowledge and understanding of access to funding of the Women Empowerment Fund (2) Participation in the activities of the Women Empowerment Fund (3) Internal management of women's groups in Treasury management supported by the Women Empowerment Fund (4) Developing the marketing careers of members who receive funding from the Women Empowerment Fund. This research therefore provides recommendations for solving various problems and develops the implementation of the Women Empowerment Fund policy (WEF).
